The Administrative Assistant for Student Affairs will provide administrative assistance for various personnel in the Office of Student Affairs.
The Medical Assistant is responsible to perform a variety of health care functions to prepare patients and assist physicians in providing health care to patients. This position will assist with scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance, obtaining patient medical history.
The Year 1 Course Coordinator plays a critical role in the successful delivery of foundational, team-taught courses. This individual ensures seamless coordination among faculty, supports instructional technology, oversees course assessments, and leverages data analytics to monitor student performance and identify trends. They maintain high standards of course organization and communication while regularly reporting key insights, course outcomes, and student performance metrics to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.

The military medicine program associate director will preferably be located on the Utah campus and co-coordinate the development, implementation, delivery, and assessment of military medicine-related curriculum throughout all four years of medical student education and training. Mentors and advocates for student participants in the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP). Provide administrative support to the Military Medicine program director and the program students on both Colorado and Utah campuses. Initiates, coordinates, directs original research, supports other projects and activities directly related to the military medicine program.
