The Continuing Medical Education Coordinator provides operational support to ensure accreditation of the Continuing Medical Education program in compliance with the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). To help the Department of Clinical Education with meeting planning activities involving the clinical faculty both inside and outside the confines of the school. Organize and implement Pre-Clinical Mentorship Program with volunteer preceptors.
The Enrollment Coordinator at Rocky Vista University plays a crucial role in managing various aspects of the admissions process, focusing processing, planning, and organizing files to ensure enrollment funnel progression. This position involves effective communication with prospective students via phone, email, and texting, coordinating onsite tours, scheduling interviews, and overseeing applicant requirement confirmation. The Enrollment Coordinator also supports administrative needs, including clerical and organizational tasks.
This position will provide administrative assistance and support to the Assistant Dean of Preclinical Education, Montana College of Osteopathic Medicine in Billings, Montana.
To proctor written/electronic examinations. Assists with internal (RVU) and external placement tests (other institutions, agencies) and course exams. Proctors will work onsite on the Billings, Montana campus. Exam Proctors are part-time.

Provide both indirect supervision with direct supervision immediately available and direct supervision of internal medicine residents in their continuity clinic. Teaching residents the full scope of primary care services which fall under the specialty of internal medicine including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health mainte nance to patients. Demonstrate experience and expertise in clinical medicine when instructing medical students in the college of osteopathic medicine including the early clinical experience in the 2nd year.

The military medicine program associate director will preferably be located on the Utah campus and co-coordinate the development, implementation, delivery, and assessment of military medicine-related curriculum throughout all four years of medical student training. The faculty member mentors and advocates for student participants in the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP). Provideors administrative support to the Military Medicine program director and the program students on both Colorado and Utah campuses. Initiates, coordinates, directs original research, support other projects and activities directly related to the Military Medicine Program.
