In close collaboration with the Director of Military Medicine, the Coordinator serves as the primary on campus contact for military affiliated students while also supporting cross departmental projects, events, and educational activities that advance RVU-MCOM's mission in military healthcare education within the broader Tracks & Electives framework. This position reports directly to the Director of Tracks & Electives and works in close operational partnership with the Director of Military Medicine. The Military Medicine Coordinator is accountable for ensuring that all activities, programs, and initiatives are aligned with the vision, goals, and strategic priorities established by the Director of Tracks & Electives while fostering effective collaboration with faculty, staff, and external partners.

The Facilities and Grounds Technician is responsible for, under general direction of the Manager of Facilities and Grounds, the planning, coordination, and assist in overseeing the operation of RVU's facility, including custodial and grounds, lighting system monitoring, and the safety and coordination of campus usage. This position provides support to the Manager of Facilities and Grounds as well as the Facilities and Grounds Sr. Technicians and Facilities Technician, the Shipping and Receiving Dept., and the Security Department. This position reports to the Manager of Facilities and Grounds.
The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Research has oversight of all aspects of the professional DVM curriculum including delivery, support, and assessment; and all aspects of the College's Research Program including facilities, funding, and collaborations. On the Academic Affairs side, this includes curriculum management, educational facilities, faculty support within the curriculum, student academic support and services, outcome assessment relative to curriculum and students' academic performance, and instructional educational technology applications. Participate in teaching, service, and scholarly activities for RVU-MCOM in Billings, Montana. Teaching responsibilities will include – teaching foundational clinical knowledge, skills, reasoning, and attitudes to students throughout the MCOM curriculum.
The Student Success Facilitator (SSF) provides essential academic and personal support to students within the Physician Assistant (PA) Program. This role is dedicated to enhancing student learning, retention, and overall success by fostering a supportive educational environment. The SSF actively monitors and guides student progression, collaborating closely with PA program faculty and the university's Student Affairs department.
Works with other OMSIII clerkship directors to create cohesive curriculum for all core, selective, and required clerkship rotations of RVUCOM. Creates curriculum content for required emergency medicine / critical care clerkship sufficient to augment clinical care activities of the emergency medicine clerkship. Recruit preceptors to expand Emergency Medicine and Critical Care clinical clerkship rotations. The military medicine program associate director will preferably be located on the Utah campus and co-coordinate the development, implementation, delivery, and assessment of military medicine-related curriculum throughout all four years of medical student education and training. Mentors and advocates for student participants in the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP). Provide administrative support to the Military Medicine program director and the program students on both Colorado and Utah campuses. Initiates, coordinates, directs original research, supports other projects and activities directly related to the military medicine program.
The Faculty Military Coordinator will preferably be located on the Montana campus and interface with the Military Medicine Program at RVU. Their primary purpose is to co-coordinate the development, implementation, delivery, and assessment of military medicine-related curriculum and career match process during the OMS-III and OMS-IV medical student training. The faculty member mentors and advocates for RVU-MCOM student participants in the Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) in collaboration with the RVU Military Medicine Program.
The Emergency Medicine/Critical Care Clerkship Director administrates the OMS-III and OMS-IV required clerkship in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care by overseeing the delivery of all components of the Emergency Medicine/Critical Care curriculum, developing appropriate content, and providing clinical career advising/NRMP match support for Pediatrics.
To assist 3rd and 4th-year students in achieving their academic goals, including making the transition to clinical rotations, completion of subject exams, ongoing career exploration, and preparing their applications for post-graduate residency training.

This position involves teaching a small group of first-or second-year medical students one-half day per week on either a Monday or Wednesday afternoon. Adjunct faculty must be physicians. The typical week involves 4 hours with students and 2 hours grading SOAP notes and providing feedback
