The Part-time (20 hours/week) Administrative Assistant will have responsibilities working with the Assistant Director of Research and Scholarly Activity in MT, the research coordinator and under the direction of the Principal investigator of the grant of contract and/or the Vice Provost for Research and Scholarly Activity. While the Principal Investigator of the grant/contract is primarily responsible for the overall design, conduct, and management of the research, the Administrative Assistant supports, facilitates and coordinates the daily grant/contract activities and plays a necessary role in the recruitment of the participants and the conduct of the study. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will also maintain a detailed spreadsheet of budget expenditures and create reports for the sponsor under the direction of the PI. Part of the administrative assistant's time may also be devoted to helping the MCOM Assistant Director of Research and Scholarly Activity.
Participate in teaching, service, and scholarly activities for RVU-MCOM in Billings, Montana. Teaching responsibilities will include pathology and pathophysiology.
To proctor written/electronic examinations. Assists with internal (RVU) and external placement tests (other institutions, agencies) and course exams. Proctors will work onsite on the Billings, Montana campus. Exam Proctors are part-time.
Adjunct Faculty will participate in lab-based teaching activities at RVU-MCOM campus in Billings, Montana. Responsibilities include teaching foundational clinical knowledge, skills, reasoning, and attitudes of students throughout the MCOM curriculum.
