$52,100-$65,100 + per year, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.
RVU offers a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13 ½ paid holidays and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee’s contribution. A hybrid work model with remote flexibility is also available for eligible positions.

ABOUT ROCKY VISTA UNIVERSITY
Rocky Vista University is a rapidly growing accredited medical education institution with three campuses (Parker, CO, Ivins, UT, and Billings, MT). RVU has three graduate programs, the Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, and a Master of Science in Biological Sciences, with a total enrollment of 1,400. Located in the southwestern corner of the state, Ivins is a small town just 120 miles from Las Vegas, NV. Provide brief counseling/therapy to RVU students to address mental health, developmental, relational, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and other concerns in CO & UT. Assist in planning and facilitating mental health and wellness outreach to all students including members from diverse communities such as LGBTIQ, Black/African American, Latinx, Asian American, Native American, Military, Religious, and other social identities found among the student body.
