Internal Medicine Resident Director and Faculty Physician (Full-Time)

$202,200 - $262,800 + per year, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.
RVU offers a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13 ½ paid holidays (if the clinic is opened and you are scheduled to work on a holiday you will be paid time and a half instead of holiday pay) and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee’s contribution.

Provide both indirect supervision with direct supervision immediately available and direct supervision of internal medicine residents in their continuity clinic. Teaching residents the full scope of primary care services which fall under the specialty of internal medicine including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to patients. Demonstrate experience and expertise in clinical medicine when instructing medical students in the college of osteopathic medicine including the early clinical experience in the 2nd year. Serves as the site director of the Internal Medicine Clinic. Provide quality care as an Internal Medicine Provider.
