The Enrollment Operations Supervisor (EOS) at Rocky Vista University is a dynamic and influential role responsible for overseeing and executing operations for student funnel progression and the admissions process, across all three campus locations and all RVU programs. The EOS plays a pivotal role in the strategic management and operational efficiency of the admissions process. This position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of admissions policies, procedures, and systems. This role will be the main point of contact for systems and platforms used in the admissions process. They will also be the main point of contact for other internal operations teams needed in the processing of applicants and matriculation information, including the registrar, technology, and security. The EOS will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Enrollment Management, and Programs Leaders to ensure consistent and streamlined application processing. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Enrollment to ensure a seamless experience for applicants, while also addressing challenges and implementing strategic interventions to optimize the admissions pipeline.
Demonstrate experience and expertise in Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP) & Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) in the context of clinical education for pre-doctoral students, provide service to the university and professional communities and engage in innovative scholarship and research to advance medical knowledge.
Ensures efficient health center operations by performing a variety of medical office front desk responsibilities.
Campus Safety Officers provide safety and security for the university through patrols of buildings and property, monitoring the closed-circuit television camera system (CCTV), and other measures to ensure the safety of the students, faculty, staff, and guests as well as safeguarding university property.
Provides direct leadership for RVU-MCOM Military Medicine Track students and administrative support to the Director of Military Medicine. Coordinates educational activities, training events, and other projects related to the Military Medicine Track. Works closely with members of the Clinical Sciences Department and other departments to achieve the medical school's mission.
The Facilities and Grounds Technician is responsible for, under general direction of the Manager of Facilities and Grounds, the planning, coordination, and overseeing the operation of RVU's facility, including grounds, lighting system monitoring, and the safety and coordination of campus usage. This position provides backup and support to the Manager of Facilities and Grounds as well as other Facilities and Grounds Technicians, and the Shipping and Receiving Dept. This position reports to the Manager of Facilities and Grounds.
